Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the sentfa.st website, the SentFast dashboard and the SentFast API. By creating an account or sending an email through the service you accept them.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The service

SentFast lets you create reusable transactional email templates, give them dynamic variables, and send them from your product, backend or automations through an API, keeping the logs and versions of each send.

SentFast is built for transactional email — verifications, password resets, receipts, alerts, notifications. It is not a bulk marketing or newsletter platform, and it must not be used as one.

Your account

Accounts are created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, for keeping access to it secure, and for the accuracy of the information you give us. You must be able to enter into a contract to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SentFast to send:

  • unsolicited bulk email, marketing campaigns or newsletters, or email to purchased, rented or scraped lists;
  • email to recipients with whom you have no lawful basis or no existing relationship justifying the message;
  • phishing, spoofed sender identities, malware, or anything designed to deceive the recipient about who is writing;
  • content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory or that violates the rights of others.

You also agree not to:

  • circumvent usage limits, rate limits or plan restrictions, whether by creating multiple accounts or by any other means;
  • probe, disrupt or overload the service or the infrastructure behind it;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties as your own without a written agreement with us.

Sustained complaint or bounce rates that put delivery for other customers at risk are treated as a breach of this section.

API keys

Your API keys authenticate sends on behalf of your project. Keep them on your server: never place them in frontend code, public repositories, mobile apps or anywhere a third party could read them.

Any send made with your key is attributed to you and counts against your limits. If a key is exposed, delete it from the dashboard and create a new one immediately.

Your content

Your templates, variables, recipient lists and any other content you bring to the platform remain yours. You grant us only the permission we need to host, render, transmit and back up that content in order to run the service for you.

You are responsible for that content being lawful and for having the rights to send it.

Plans, billing and taxes

Current plans, limits and prices are published on the pricing page and prevail over any other description. Prices are shown in euros and applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period — monthly or annual — until you cancel. One-off packs are charged once and do not renew. All payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

We may change prices. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid, and we will announce them before they take effect for your next renewal.

Money-back guarantee

Paid plans have no trial period: the plan starts and is charged from day one. Instead, if SentFast is not what you need, write to us within 7 days of your first charge on a plan and we refund that charge in full. The guarantee covers the first charge, not later renewals, and applies once per customer.

Usage limits

Each plan includes a number of workspaces, templates and monthly emails. When you reach the monthly send limit the API stops accepting sends and returns an error until the period resets or you move to a larger plan. Limits reset with your billing period and unused sends do not carry over.

Refunds

We grant a refund when:

  • you ask for it within 7 days of your first charge on a paid plan, under the money-back guarantee described above;
  • you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a cancellation had already taken effect;
  • a feature of your paid plan was unavailable or broken because of a fault on our side, we could not fix it within a reasonable time, and you told us within 14 days of the charge.

We do not grant a refund when:

  • the money-back guarantee window has passed and you simply stop using the service, or want to be paid back for emails you did not send;
  • the charge is more than 14 days old and no fault on our side was reported during that time;
  • the account was suspended or closed because of a breach of these terms;
  • the problem comes from your own configuration, your sending domain, your recipients or a third-party service outside SentFast.

Before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider, please contact us at hi@sentfa.st — most issues are resolved faster that way. Nothing here limits the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union.

Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your dashboard or by writing to hi@sentfa.st. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid, which is not refunded pro rata.

You can delete your account whenever you want. Deleting it removes your projects, templates, API keys and sending logs, and that cannot be undone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, especially the acceptable use section, that puts delivery for other customers at risk, or whose payment fails. Where the situation allows it, we will warn you first.

Availability

We work to keep SentFast available and reliable, but the service is provided without a formal uptime commitment. Maintenance, provider incidents and factors outside our control — including how receiving mail servers treat your messages — can affect delivery. Features marked as beta or planned may change or be withdrawn.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in and an SMTP provider for delivery. Their own terms apply to the part of the service they provide, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data.

Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top reflects the current version, and we will notify account holders of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live, and can bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
